May started her career as a freelance casting agent for famous photographer and filmmaker Bruce Weber. She became known for finding new talent globally, including Alexander Ludwig, Filip Sjunnessen, Zippora Seven, Beau Garret, and Malin Akerman.
Through years of experience in front of the camera and casting for various creative professionals, she has honed her ability to recognize beauty in everyday people. With a strong passion for showcasing diverse and often ignored talent, she strives to bring inclusivity and beauty to all her advertising, fashion, and film projects.
She uses traditional and nontraditional methods like "street scouting" to find the perfect models for client projects.
Our clients include Vanity Fair, Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie & Fitch, L'HUOMO Vogue, American Living, Hollister, Abercrombie, Quicksilver, Roxy, and many others.
