How it works:
Process Overview
1. Fill out the form with contact info, select portrait size, and inquire about pricing and delivery.
2. Send me photos after confirmation. Schedule discussion on style, size, and price.
3. Pay a 50% deposit and sign the Artist Contract.
4. Completion time is 4-6 weeks from the start date, depending on the work scope and my schedule.
5. Work on your painting begins.
6. Pay the remaining 50% balance upon completion.
7. Painting shipped separately; billed for shipping with tracking number.
8. Receive and enjoy your painting.
9. Frame not included; choose a local framer or ask for a recommendation.
The price list is for one subject only; additional people or animals will cost extra depending on size.

After the initial consultation, there is one check-in to see if there are any small changes. Once this has been agreed there is no chance to cancel or return.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
Having agreed on the project details, a contract will be issued setting out responsibilities and terms, including the payment schedule.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to pay for the supplies and secure a spot in her painting schedule. An invoice will be emailed to you with a payment link so you can pay with PayPal or VENMO. Other options can be discussed.
SHIPPING
International shipments are typically through FedEx, and a tracking number will be provided to you. Shipping will be billed once the painting is approved. Please note that all paintings over 30" typically need to be shipped unstretched and rolled in a tube, or the fees get very high. If you are American, have a larger painting, and don't live within the LA area, we can look into other delivery options.
RETURNS
All sales are final. The refund amount is determined for item(s) that arrive damaged on a case-by-case basis; otherwise, there are no returns.
